Here at The Preppy Place, we pride ourselves on shipping all of our items out with care and in a timely manner. We are a small business and a small team of individuals working to process and ship every order out in time. 

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will either be sent an email or a text with your order confirmation. In your order confirmation, you will be able to see your order number, shipping information, as well as everything included in your order.

Shipping Confirmation

After your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Please note that the tracking information may take a while to update if you have just received your shipping confirmation.

Express shipping 

Express shipping is available for all USA orders and is $14.95. We are unable to guarantee that your order will arrive by any specific date. Express shipping is non-refundable.
