Refund policy

Here at The Preppy Place, we have a 7-day return and refund policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your package to request a return or a refund.

Non-returnable and refundable items

The Preppy Place will not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on our swim, holiday/seasonal items, shipping, self-care, The Preppy Place gift cards, or sale items. These items are all final sale. No exceptions.

 

Returns

If you would like to start a return, please reach out to our customer service email at contact@thepreppyplace.com. Make sure in your email that you include your order number as well as why you are requesting a return. From there, we will let you know if you qualify for a return as well as if you are also eligible to exchange your item for something new, or receive a full refund!

 

Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

Order cancellations

If you placed an order with us and are wishing to cancel your order, please email us at contact@thepreppyplace.com ASAP. In your email, please give us your order number as well as the reason you are canceling your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before we start processing it. If we have already started processing your order, you will have to wait until your order has arrived to request a return.

Exchanges

The Preppy Place can provide exchanges on certain items as long as the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please email contact@thepreppyplace.com to see if you are eligible for an exchange.

 

Refunds
To request a refund, please email contact@thepreppyplace.com. From there, we will determine if you are eligible for a refund. Make sure you let us know your order number as well as why you are requesting a refund in your email.

The Preppy Place only issues refunds on items that have already been delivered to the customer. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your shipping provider immediately.

If your package was returned to us via mail before you received it, we can gladly repackage your order and ship it out again. Please note that we do not offer refunds on return to sender orders, only a repackaged order once we receive your original order back
